Lash extensions last a full growth cycle which is 6 - 8 weeks in total depending on the individual.​ Top ups, also known as infills, should be maintained in-between to keep your lashes looking full and fresh.

The process can take between 45 minutes to 2.5 hours on average, depending on the look that you have chosen (Classic set, Mixed set or Russian Volume). For example, when applying 2D - 6D Russian Volume, we are applying finer lashes but more of them (depending on how full you want your look) so this can typically take longer. The time will also vary depending on your own lashes and how full they are already.

An infill is a top up, which must be done on average every 2-3 weeeks depending on the individual and their lash cycle. Sometimes your lashes can remain looking full for much longer (i.e. 3 weeks plus +). Your aftercare will have a huge impact towards this. To qualify for an infill you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. Otherwise we must remove the old set and start again, you will then be charged for a full set. Eyelash extensions do NOT ruin your natural lashes, when applied and removed correctly and safely by a qualified, professional eyelash technician. Please kindly note. If you pull or tug at your lash extensions then you can cause damage to your natural lashes as they are attached to the extensions. So please do not do this! Breaks are required inbetween sets to allow your own lashes to remain healthy and strong.

I would advise that you do NOT wear mascara with your lash extensions, neither should you need to once you are lashed by me. You can find water based mascaras that will not affect the lash extensions which are applied, however, this can just result in clumpy looking lashes which isn't cute and a build up of mascara resedue on the lashes. If you apply mascara and are unable to remove it carefully and correcty from your extensions then this will also affect your future infills as your new lash extensions may not stick as well to your own lashes. Lashes must be extremely clean when we infill or add extensions.

You must NOT get your eyes / lashes wet for the first 24 hours after the initial treatment, when bathing or showering try to avoid excess steam by leaving the door or window open. Otherwise, you are absoloutely fine! After the first 24 hours, you can enjoy showering, swimming, hot tubs, steam rooms etc. So they are perfect for a holiday! We reccomend that you clean your lashes daily with a lash foam cleanser to keep them fresh and clean in order to avoid infections. Water alone will not do a good enough job.
